All interesting bands write Interludes - The Damned have written some of our faves. Some are so good they stick in your memory better then the rest of the album. And that's the point - a great idea for a song that isn't developed, not completed and leaves you wanting more. There isn't more though, its just a filler track to tease and make you say 'what the ...?' Perfect.
