SELFIE ALBUM
SELFIE is OLDER's 4th album collating a diverse range of songs they wrote over several decades that were never released. Each was re-imagined with new instrumentation and fresh production to fit in with their unique sound. The 12 tracks are a collection of songs that didn’t quite belong their first 3 albums but found a fitting home on this release as a coherent body of work.
Producing songs that were written over a 30+ year span was a particularly difficult challenge, especially to ensure they sounded current and matched the style of their other albums. OLDER were the first to admit it was an artistic gamble but it was worth it in the end with a review that specifically acknowledged they had achieved their aim. Read a review here...
